CONSULTATIONS

  • We know you have questions and we're thrilled to provide the answers!
  • 8-10 weeks prior to wedding date, meet with couple to discuss wedding day / weekend timelines
  • Create vendor contact list after initial consultation & contract signed

VENDOR MEETINGS

  • Ceremony and reception site visits
  • Final meeting with reception site / caterer

POINT OF CONTACT

  • Act as main contact for various vendors and wedding party

WEDDING WEEKEND TIMELINE CREATION

  • Comprehensive wedding weekend timeline created and distributed to wedding party 
  • Wedding timeline to include: vendor arrivals / departures, wedding party arrival / departures, transportation arrival / departure

REHEARSAL MANAGEMENT

  • Choreograph processional / recessional with wedding officiate
  • Distribute wedding day timeline to members of wedding party
  • Obtain and store items for ceremony site / reception to be delivered on wedding day

PRE-CEREMONY MANAGEMENT

  • Review hair / makeup timeline to ensure proper time is allotted
  • Pre-ceremony food pick-up, set up, clean up
  • Track timeline and ensure wedding party / vendor arrival
  • Obtain any various items / personal belongings to be delivered to ceremony site (rings, veil, additional ceremony decor, etc.)

CEREMONY MANAGEMENT

  • Set up (guest book, programs, decor, etc.)
  • Flower distribution assistance (unless otherwise provided by florist)
  • Cue musician(s) for pre-ceremony music & processional music
  • Coordinate Processional / Recessional Choreography with wedding officiate
  • Cue wedding party during processional
  • Receiving line assistance (if applicable)
  • Handle last minute changes / issues
  • Ceremony site break down
  • Transport items to reception site
  • Ensure timely departure

RECEPTION MANAGEMENT

  • Set up (decor, name cards, table numbers, favors, etc.)
  • Point of contact for vendor contacts (catering manager, bakery, florist, etc.)
  • Ensure on time vendor arrival / delivery
  • Ensure all reception elements are accurately placed and according to final plan (floor plan, seating chart, table center pieces, reception decor, etc.)
  • Ensure timeline is followed
  • Initiate reception actions (toasts, cake cutting, first dance, etc.)
  • Cue entertainment for wedding party arrival and announcements
  • Reception break down (personal decor, table numbers, etc.)
  • Personal belonging pack-up and distribution (gifts, couple's personal belongings, etc. )
  • Coordination of planned shuttle / transportation services
  • Ensure timely guest departure

PAYMENT & GRATUITIES DISTRIBUTION

  • Distribute pre-sorted gratuities to various vendors
